We have Roadmapped a Regulation Crowdfunding (RegCF) Offering for 2022-Q3.  This was unanimously approved in Oct-2021 via [RIP-5 on Snapshot.org](https://snapshot.org/#/retokendao.eth/proposal/QmWATXd8Z8W57JYuPLWydnsWAhCsbacj8BS8KeR6S29FeG).
